Acceptable Stay. Room Issues Persisted
poor view mediocre breakfast
The room assigned was not satisfactory. It faced the service area. I asked for a room on an upper floor. The view overlooked power generators. the breakfast quality fell short of expectations for a hotel of this level. It lacked variety.

Romantic Getaway at Lakefront Gem

The hotel provided direct access to the lake, SOOOO convenient. Our room included a jacuzzi. It added a special touch to our romantic evenings. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, especially the fresh orange juice.
The electrical controls in the room were too complex. It was difficult to figure out which switch operated which light.

The staff were polite, our needs were met with a smile. Parking was convenient, located right next to the hotel, easing our arrival and departure. I felt valued.

A swimming pool was available, along with a cozy courtyard for relaxation. Swimming in the lake was also an option, providing varied recreational choices. The sunsets from the terrace were amazing. What a VIEW!!!

Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice for each table, what a NICE touch. The breakfast selection was diverse. So many choices. It catered to various tastes with high-quality ingredients.

great variety beautiful grounds accessible parking kind staff
the breakfast was a highlight of my stay, it had a great variety. the hotel grounds were well-kept and beautiful. i also appreciated the convenient and easily accessible parking. the staff were kind, they accommodated all my requests quickly.
the mini-bar prices felt a bit steep considering the lack of complimentary water upon arrival.

A friend recommended this hotel. It is really good. The location provides easy access to local attractions. The staff was kind. They accommodated all my requests. I enjoyed the tasty cocktails and the large breakfast selection. Free parking was helpful.
The hotel could consider offering complimentary cooled citrus water in the lobby for arriving guests. There was no complimentary water offered in the room
